Geneviève

Her reasons for joining Nefrinity remain largely unknown, as she rarely speaks about it only mentioning that it came from a bad situation. Geneviève was an incredibly powerful mage who eventually became Nefrinity’s royal mage and over time, her right hand. As their bond grew, the two developed feelings for each other and would go on to have two children: Nefrai and Crono.

Sadly, Geneviève was later diagnosed with a degenerative brain condition one that was genetic. Fortunately, both Crono and Nefrai were spared from inheriting it. Knowing what awaited her, Geneviève made a deal with Nefrinity: once the illness began to affect her memory, she wanted to be killed rather than live through the suffering.

A year later, Nefrinity honored that wish and mercy-killed her beloved
